The following conditions apply to all sales and shipments as long as no other written terms were negotiated. Terms proposed by the customer only apply, if accepted by us in a written statement.

Contract Agreement
All price listings are free and non-binding. A completed order by a customer is binding. DVDerotik.com is warranted to accept this offer within two weeks of reception through sending an order confirmation or the shipment of the ordered merchandise.

Shipping and Liability
If the customer so wishes we insure the shipment in his name and on his expenses. The liability is transferred to the customer as soon as the shipment is accepted by the transporting firm. For the shipping of items to us the customer carries the liability, excluding the return of flawed merchandise. Refund of shipping costs is granted for justified return of the mechandise only.

Prices and Terms of Payment
Our prices include value-added tax. As long as no other agreements are reached the price is to be paid without deductions after reception of the confirmation email.
Shipping of ordered merchandise is in absolutely neutral packing via postal service or private parcel services plus packaging or shipping costs according to preferred payment method. Free shipping may be available depending on order value and shipping location. A right of set-off is only granted to the customer if his counter claim is legally approved, unchallenged or accepted by us. The customer is legitimized to hold back payments only if his counter claim is based on the same contractual relationship.

Shipping time
All orders will be delivered within 30 day. We send ordered merchandise according to availability. Because of this, subsequent deliveries may occur. Contingent additional shipping costs are on us. Exception: Should items be ordered in advance that can only be shipped after a certain date we reserve the right to ship the complete order at that date.

Law of selling on distance
Cardholders can return the product bought and cancel the agreement within 7 working days. When the product is returned to us and the agreement is canceld we will refund the money within 30 days.

Contracts and Legal Age
The customer verifies with each order that he may legally enter a contract and that he is of legal age

Ownership Situation
The merchandise stays in our ownership until the purchase price is paid.

Billing Errors
If You believe that You have been erroneously billed, please notify us immediately of such error. If We do not hear from you within thirty (30) days after such billing error first appears on any account statement, such fee will be deemed acceptable by you for all purposes, including resolution of inquiries made by your credit card issuer. You release us from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported to us within thirty (30) days of its publication.

If you are unsatisfied with our service or are experiencing irresolvable technical difficulties, please email info@dvderotik.com, contact us here or call us at +31.(0)45.567.3266 for a fast, friendly refund. Our customer support hours are 9:00-17:00 monday to friday. Refunds will be credited to your card, and confirmation emailed to you promptly.

Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The warranty period amounts to 6 months. It starts with the delivery of the merchandise to the customer. Is a delivered item flawed, we are entitled to ship a replacement or correct the flaw(s) by means of our choice. Multiple corrections are admissible. If corrections are made und these are not practicable, the customer is already agreed with a replacement. If the first remedy or replacement shipment fails, the customer is entitled to demand by his own choice either a lowering of the purchase price or a revoke of the contract. In Mail-order business apparent flaws are to be signaled in writing within 14 days after delivery. If a customer does not fulfill this obligation, warranty claims because of apparent flaws are impossible. In case of a damage rebuke the customer has to send in the item with a damage report as accurate as possible plus a copy of the bill in the original packaging. The original packaging may not be used as shipping packaging. In case of suspicion of transporting damages the shipping packaging is to be held for examination by a reviewer.

If it is proven that the customer is not entitled to warranty claims against DVDerotik.com, the customer has to pay for the inclusion of third parties by DVDerotik.com to assess the absence of flaws. These costs will amount to at least 50 EUR incl. added-value tax. The customer has the right to prove that the expenses were lower.
Compensation against us, respectively our employees are inadmissible, as long as the damage wasnt inflicted by intent or caused by careless conduct. This non-warranty clause does not apply when contractual main-responsibilities were violated, guaranteed qualities are missing or claims concern the product-warranty law.
