How do I order the FREE DVD?
The FREE DVD is automatically included in each shipment - no matter if you are
ordering for the first or the 100th time.
How are the DVDs packed? Really absolutely neutral?
All packages are packed in a way that NOBODY can make any conclusions as to what it contains.
The packages are neutral, standard brown with the neutral K-N-P-B media tag as the sender.
For further transporting or storing we include a plain black plastic bag in each shipment.
Is it possible to change the payment method later on?
