Shipping costs

You can choose between insured express delivery (UPS) and uninsured delivery (Postal Service). If you choose uninsured delivery, lost items will not be replaced. If you choose insured delivery, lost items will be resend by us at no additional cost. This does not apply if your delivery has been confiscated by the authorities in your country. The insurance covers transport. We can not be held liable for any other costs or damages.
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and your order value. Please find your exact shipping costs in the following scheme:

Shipping

• Orders are processed from 8 am - 6 pm, Mon - Fri, excluding holidays. Orders we receive before 11 am are usually shipped the same day.
  
  
• Please check your delivery address. Additional shipping costs may occur your address is wrong and you will be charged for them. If you choose UPS, you can arrange a delivery time directly with UPS. The right phonenumber for your country can be found at www.ups.com
  
  
• Please make sure that the email address used in your account is correct. We will contact you at this email in case of any problems with your order.
  
  
• We can not send orders to P.O. Boxes or APO.
  
  
• UPS only delivers monday thru friday. A delivery on saturday is not possible.
  
  
• In shipments to countries out of europe, we remove all boxes and covers of the dvds. You will receive the original DVDs in plain paper bags. If you want the boxes and covers, you will have to notify us in the comment box when you place your order and additional cost will apply.
  
  
• Please make sure that all orders you make are legal in your country. No minors are authorized, allowed or permitted to place orders. We do not take any responsibility for orders confiscated by customs or other authorities. This also applies to UPS orders. Content regulations for switzerland can be found here.
  
  

Packaging:

100% discreet packaging! Nobody will know what´s in the package you receive. The return address on your package will be named "KPNB Media".
Free: If you like, we can send you your order without boxes and covers in discreet paper bags. Please notify us in the comment box while your making an order.

Payment Options:

• Credit Card
  You can pay securely and easy with your Visa or Mastercard. We allways use a discreet discription on your credit card statement. We use a 100% secure 128 bit SSL-Encryption for all payment data. Our Partners for Credit Card payments are "VXSBill" and "Click and Buy".
  
  
• Direct Debit
  If you choose Direct Debit, we will directly charge your bank account. We will send out your order after we have successfully reveived the funds from your account.
  We allways use a discreet discription on your credit card statement. We use a 100% secure 128 bit SSL-Encryption for all payment data.
  We will record your IP address for security reasons - All attempts to defraud will be legally dealt with.
  
  
• Wire Transfer
  You can wire the outstanding amount to our bank account. All ordered DVDs will be reserved for you for 20 days. If we do not receive your payment, we can not guarantee that all ordered products will be available at a later point of time.
  
  You will receive all wireing information in an email. Please make sure your email address is correct. You can wire to our bank accounts in the netherlands, germany or austria.
  We will send out your order as soon as we receive your payment.
  
  
• Cash on Delivery
  Currently only available for Germany. Cash on Delivery orders will be send with UPS only. You pay your order in cash when you receive your package. UPS will make 3 delivery attempts (not on saturdays). You can also arrange a delivery time directly with UPS. We charge a fee of EUR 9,50 for all Cash on Delivery Orders.
