How are the DVDs packed? Really absolutely neutral?
All packages are packed in a way that NOBODY can make any conclusions as to what it contains.
The packages are neutral, standard brown with the neutral K-N-P-B media tag as the sender.
For further transporting or storing we include a plain black plastic bag in each shipment.
Is it possible to change the payment method later on?

I have clicked on play, the Windows Media Player has connected and is ready, but the window is still black. The movie doesn't start. What's wrong?
Place your mouse pointer in the center of where the movie should play and RIGHT CLICK.
A drop menu will be displayed. Click "Error Details." A popup will be displayed containing an error message.
